Within the Engineering Department, Technical Support Engineers provide highly qualified technical post sales support to both external and internal customers. NI Technical Support is a key value added service that ensures customer success and repetitive business. As a TSE you will gain a deep knowledge of NI products and apply that expertise to solving our customers' problem and challenges providing technical consultation.
Sales Development Engineer
TSE Sales Development Engineer uses product knowledge and technical aptitude to advise and support customers with finding the best solutions that NI can offer to their testing needs. TSE SDE also identifies sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and sales initiatives using a consultative approach to win business.
